''I feel so utterly different...''

Dr Michael Mosley, the television doctor who came up with the 5:2 fasting diet explores the latest theories on how our personalities are created -and whether they can be changed.
Despite appearances, Mosley is a pessimist who constantly frets about the future. He wants to worry less and become more of an optimist. He tries out two techniques to change this aspect of his personality - with surprising results. And he travels to the frontiers of genetics and neuroscience to find out about the forces that shape all our personalities

Στο 34:36 μιλαει για τη παιδικη του ηλικια, τους γονεις του και τους παραγοντες που συμβαλλουν στη διαμορφωση της προσωπικοτητας του ατομου: ''I had a happy childhood. I feel so utterly different to what I must have been like, at the age of 3, or so. I look so cheerful''. Αραγε συνειδητοποιουμε τι συνεβαλλε στη διαμορφωση της δικης μας προσωπικοτητας; Θα αλλαζαμε κατι, αν μπορουσαμε, σε μια δεδομενη στιγμη στο παρελθον;
